Client Responsibilities

We are not responsible for financial decisions, filings, or compliance actions taken without our written approval.
Fees & Payments
All fees are due per invoice terms. Retainers are non-refundable once services begin. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Confidentiality
All client records and communications are confidential. We may disclose information only with client consent or legal obligation.
Intellectual Property
All reports, templates, and systems developed by 4QuartersBook remain our property. Clients receive a limited right to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Any tax penalties, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete client information.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
